The stairs are the way you come from if you didn't turn off the console. You will then reach a room with a door to the right a stairs leading below. You will then reach a small garden were 2 melee Glitch will attack you. With the console turned off, you will be able to cross the hallway behind the first wooden door without trouble. Head to the right from there to reach the main entrance of the Tower.

Once the console is off, feel free to loot around and then head back to the Jail entrance. Deactivating this console will disable the pitfall at the start of the Tower main entrance. On this floor you will find a console to the far right. One stair below you, another melee and ranged Glitch are patrolling. The room to your left is guarder by a melee and a ranged Glitch. You will find stairs leading you down inside the Tower to the right, where another melee Glitch awaits you. As soon as you reach the Tower, a melee Glitch and a ranged Glitch will attack you. You can use them to reach an area of the Tower that you cannot reach otherwise. If you climb on the roof of the Jail, you will find some platforms to the right. You will then have 2 options: climb on the top of the jail or head staight for the Tower entrance. You can also tell them to stay there if you don't want them to stick around you. They will follow you and help you the same way crewmates would. Inside the jails, you will find 2 friendly Glitch that you can free.

2 melee Glitch are patrolling inside and they will likely see you and exit the tower to attack you. A bit further, you will a small tower holding the jail. Head to your right and you will quickly meet with 2 melee Glitch. You will start the mission outside the tower. Glitch in FU are weak to Electric and Cosmic dammages and it would seem those Glitch soldier suffer the same weaknesses. The majority of ennemies of this mission consist of Glitch soldiers either using melee weapons (1-handed or 2-handed swords, or 1-handed sword + shield) or ranged (summoning some random monster with a capture pod and then switching to a bow).
